Head and Neck Cancer Tumor Homograft Models

Explore our specialized tumor homograft models derived from genetically engineered mouse models (GEMM) for head and neck cancer. These tumor homografts are transplanted into immunocompetent syngeneic hosts, ensuring the preservation of original GEMM tumor histo- and molecular pathology along with a relevant tumor microenvironment (TME). Our models are uniquely suited for evaluating the effectiveness of novel cross-reactive or surrogate agents, as well as combination therapies with checkpoint inhibitors.
