Model Information:
C1498 is an aggressive acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell line which originated spontaneously in a C57BL/6 mouse. This model can be used to assess the efficacy and pharmacodynamics of the immune system following anti-cancer immunotherapy treatment. At CrownBio, the C1498 model is available both subcutaneously and systemically (via i.v. injection).
