Model Information:
J558 is a mouse plasma cell myeloma cell line expressing the plasma cell marker PC1. The original tumor was induced with mineral oil in a BALB/c mouse. The model is suitable for the assessment of immuno-oncology agent efficacy and PD effects. At CrownBio, J558 is available as a subcutaneous model in vivo.
