Model Information:

This strain carries a conditional mutant Kras (KrasLSL-G12D/WT) and a conditional knock out of PTEN (PTENflox/flox). G12D mutant Kras was activated and PTEN was knocked out upon administrating the adeno-cre virus to the bladder at 6 weeks of age, which resulted in a tumor in the bladder approximately 4 months later.
