Model Information:

This strain carries a conditional mutant Kras (KrasLSL-G12D/WT) and a conditional knock out of PTEN (PTENflox/flox). G12D mutant Kras was activated and PTEN was knocked out upon administrating adeno-cre to the lung by inhalation at 6 weeks of age, which resulted in lung cancer approximately 8 weeks later.
