Model Information:
This model was developed from the head and neck of a C57BL/6 mouse carrying a KrasLSL-G12D/WT;p53KO/KO mutation after lung inhalation of adeno-cre. The mouse developed both lung and head and neck tumors approximately 8 weeks after the virus injection. Kras (G12D) mutation was detected by RNAseq in both tumors.
