Model Information:

This strain carries a conditional mutant constitutive deletion of Trp53 and conditional knock out of PTEN (PTENflox/flox). PTEN was knocked out upon injecting adeno-cre to the prostate at 6 weeks of age, which resulted in a prostate tumor ~4 months later.
