Model Information:
This model was developed from a tumor in the suture position of a C57BL/6 mouse carrying a KrasLSL-G12D/WT;p53KO/KO mutation through CBD (common bile duct) injection of adeno-cre. The mouse developed a tumor in the duodenum and a tumor in the suture position approximately 8 weeks after virus injection. Kras (G12D) mutation was detected by RNAseq in both of these two tumors.
