P3X63Ag8U.1 is a mouse plasma cell myeloma cell line with a H-2d haplotype. It is derived from the P3X63Ag8U cell line from the mouse myeloma MOPC21, which arose in a female BALB/c mouse. This model may be used for the assessment of anti-cancer treatment efficacy and immuno-PD changes. At CrownBio, the P3X63Ag8U.1 model is available subcutaneously.
