About The Speaker:

Mirka Allerding, PhD, Scientist, Crown Bioscience

Dr. Mirka Allerding works in the role of Scientist Liquid Biopsy Biobank at Crown Bioscience. She is responsible for managing the scientific and organizational scope of the Liquid Biopsy Biobank and for optimizing the clinical network and database. Mirka studied Biology and received her PhD at the Biochemical Institute at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel, focusing on lysosomal storage disorders. She joined Indivumed 2015 as a Project Coordinator. During her following role as Biobank Manager in the Clinical Network she was responsible for the management, coordination and assembling of a high-quality tissue biobank and brings her experience in data query and analysis for customer projects now to the Liquid Biopsy Biobank.

Anna Sophie Skof, Scientist, Crown Bioscience

Anna Sophie Skof joined Crown Bioscience services in 2023 in the role of Scientist Liquid Biopsy Biobank. She is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the clinical network and database. Anna studied Biology and received her Bachelor and Master´s degree at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel. Before joining Indivumed services she worked as a PhD student at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin in the Human Papillomavirus Lab of the gynecology department (CVK), focusing on cervical cancer screening test development and implementation. With her educational and research background in oncology, as well as experience in conducting clinical research studies, she is ambitious about managing the scientific and organizational scope of the liquid biopsy biobank.
