Dean is a Senior Director in the Scientific Engagement department. He primarily works with Crown Bioscience customers on the West Coast of the United States. He has over 15 years of experience working in Cancer Pharmacology. Prior to joining the team at Crown Bioscience, he was a Principal Scientist in the In Vivo Pharmacology department at Agenesys, an Astellas Pharma affiliate company, working on the preclinical validation of antibody-based therapeutics.  Dean holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Georgia (USA), and did postdoctoral research at University of California, Los Angeles in the department of Molecular and Medical Pharmacology.
