At Crown Bioscience we provide various protein expression platforms including mammalian cells, different E. coli strains, virus (baculovirus), and insect cells, as well as yeast cells (Pichia pastoris).

Production and Bioanalysis Facilities

Ensure a high success rate - our facilities are equipped with large capacity, modern bioreactors and QC and analysis tools such as:

• High-throughput thermostability tests (ThermoFluor)
• HPLC and DLS for homogeneity
• BiaCore and ITC for ligand-protein interactions
• Q-TOF for mass measurements

Our crystallography processes are automated including a Mosquito^® pipetting robot and a Rigaku Desktop Minstrel™ plate imager.
